Okay Groomer (or OK Groomer) is a meme used to target LGBTQ2S+ individuals and depict them as ‘groomers’ who are inherently dangerous to the safety of children, building on decades-old libel directed towards men and transgender women primarily. Accusations of 2SLGBTQA+ people being groomers escalated in Spring 2022 and have been promoted by mainstream Republican activists and politicians in the United States.

The meme is a play on "Okay Boomer", a meme that first appeared in 2019 used by millennials and members of Generation Z to mock members of the Baby Boomer Generation.
