"Thot Patrol" is a meme used to associate oneself to a movement formed primarily by young men who troll social media platforms in order to attack and harass women deemed to be "thots", a misogynistic slur referring to women's sexuality. Self-identified "thot patrollers" oftentimes target female sex workers by attempting to get their social media accounts reported, or by sending screenshots of their accounts to their relatives.

In some cases, references to the "thot patrol" are made in praise of extremist misogynists and mass killers, particularly within incel subcultures.
